ABOUT ME
I’m a writer, an organizational change management consultant, and a certified yoga instructor.
My work centers around translating complex systems, transitions, and everyday overwhelm into clear, steady, approachable steps for real people.
I’m also married to a collegiate football coach and understand deeply the rhythms, pressures, and realities of busy family life, demanding jobs, transitions, and creating stability for a household. Much of that lived experience informs the heart behind the brand.
